Feedback from our customers indicates that the WHS Management Plan is a very useful resource for operators of construction sites.

A WHS Management Plan is a requirement of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (s309, Part 6.4) for construction projects over $250,000.

The WHS Management Plan (Developed by Safety Culture) is:

  • developed in accordance with the national model Work Health & Safety Act 2011 and Work Health & Safety Regulations 2011.

  • suitable for construction or earth-moving sites.

It includes the foundation documents you need to safely and efficiently manage your site, and are supplied in fully customizable, MS Word template format.

The Plan includes documents such as:

-   WHS Roles and responsibilities
-   SWMS Checklist
-   Site Induction Checklist
-   Incident Report Form
-   Emergency Plan
-   And much more.

You should add your company details, ABN and include your site specific details and Work Health & Safety risks to make the Plan specific to the job at hand. This process should include consultation with workers, the conducting of risk assessments and identification of control measures.
